Meet Marcie!

Marcie is a petite young tabby with beautiful yellow-green eyes, a sweet brown-and-white coat, and the cutest little short tail with a white tip! But her adorable looks are only part of her charm—Marcie has lots of love to give to the person willing to earn her trust. 

Marcie can be a little shy when meeting new people and may take some time to feel comfortable, but once she trusts you, her sweet and affectionate personality really shines. She absolutely loves head and chin scratches and will show her appreciation with little licks, gentle head butts, and tiny love bites. She’ll even greet you with a little meow when you enter the room!

Marcie is very food motivated, and treats are definitely one of the quickest ways to win her heart. She happily takes Churu from just about anyone, making snack time a great opportunity to build a special bond with her.

She also has a playful side and enjoys playing with her toys. Once she’s feeling comfortable, she’s happy to have some fun and show off her silly kitten-like energy.

Marcie would benefit from having a friendly feline companion in her forever home. Another cat would provide her with companionship and help her feel more confident and settled, and we think having a kitty friend would bring out even more of her wonderful personality.

A quieter home without young children would be ideal for Marcie, giving her the calm environment she needs to feel safe and comfortable.
