Meet Jade!

Jade was found outside as a stray, painfully thin, shivering, and clearly struggling to survive on her own. Despite everything she’s been through, she has remained incredibly sweet and gentle.

Jade is still a timid girl and is continuing to build her confidence each day. Once she learns to trust you, she absolutely melts for belly rubs and gentle affection. She can be picked up, enjoys taking treats from your hand, and is even starting to discover the fun of toys for the very first time. The best way to win Jade over is to simply sit quietly and let her come to you at her own pace.

She would thrive in a calm, quiet home where she can continue to feel safe and secure. Loud or busy environments would likely overwhelm her, and she may retreat to hiding when unsure. Jade currently prefers having her own cozy space and doesn’t seem to enjoy the company of other cats at this time.

Jade is looking for a patient, understanding person who will give her the time and love she needs to fully blossom. Watching this sweet girl learn to trust and feel safe again is truly something special.
